Number Porting
STEP 1 of 4 (Instructions and Agreement)
- You will need a valid AirCanopy email address to complete this process. If you do not have one yet you may request one here.
- Have questions? Please take a look at the VoIP FAQs and if your question(s) still needs answering please contact us.
- Please fill out the following information exactly as it appears on your most recent invoice from your current phone carrier.
- If the information you provide does not match the information that your carrier has on file for your account the porting process may be delayed while corrections are made.
- Please note that if for some reason any of the information on the invoice is misspelled it will need to be misspelled here as well in order to match the information that your current provider has on file.
- Please be sure to read each field name and double check all spelling and capitalization.
- If you are trying to port multiple numbers that do not share the same service address and/or billing address (as specified on the invoice from your current provider) you will need to fill out multiple forms.
- As of 06-19-07 it is now mandatory for AirCanopy to have a copy of the front page of the invoice that you are using to fill out this form, please fax us a copy along with the form that will be produced for you.
