1. Open Microsoft Outlook.
2. From the Tools menu, choose E-Mail Accounts.
3. Select View or change existing e-mail accounts.
4. Click the Next button.
5. Double-click your account in the Mail Accounts list.
6. Click the More Settings button.
7. Click the Outgoing Server tab.
8. Check My outgoing server(SMTP) requires authentication.
9. Select Log on using and type your username. Your username is your email address without the added '@aircanopy.net'.
10. Type in your password. If you do not know your password, please call the office for a password reset.
11. Make sure that Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA) does not have a check next to it.
12. When you are done with that click OK.
13. Click Next.
14. Click Finish.
