Webmail to Zimbra Conversion Instructions

Step1: Save your current Address Book
  1. Click on the following link to login to your old AirCanopy Webmail

    2. Click on Address Book

  2. Click on Books

  3. Click on the picture of a disk next to the address book you want to export

  4. When prompted, select "Save As..." and choose your My Documents folder or your Desktop

Step 2: Convert your Address Book to the new format
  1. Click on the following link to go to the AirCanopy Migration Tool

  2. Login using your current username and password.

  3. Click on Browse...

  4. Select the file you saved from the previous step from your My Documents folder or Desktop. i.e. Converted.vcf.zip.
    Please note that your file name will differ based on what your address book is named.
    DO NOT EXTRACT THE .ZIP FILE
  5. Click Submit

  6. Right click on the link that says "Zimbra Format", click Save Link As..., and save this file to your My Documents folder or to your Desktop.
    Note: In Internet Explorer the option may read as Save As...
