Here's a preview of the Zimbra login page that you will be presented with...

Zimbra Interface: Drag 'n Drop
In the Zimbra Web Client, you can drag and drop items such as contacts, e-mails, and folders into other objects.
For example, you have received an e-mail from someone, asking you to go to lunch with them on August 4th.
So that you remember to go, you can click and drag the e-mail from your inbox and drop it onto August 4th on the calendar.
When you let go on the desired date on the calendar you'll be presented with a window asking for more information.

Important information about your email account...

Beginning on July 26th AirCanopy will be deploying a new email system based on the award winning Zimbra Collaboration suite. This change brings a better web interface with much improved client interaction. On the morning of the July 26th your Email will be unavailable for several hours while the migration takes place. During this time we will copy all saved messages and folders to the new email system. If you use a local client like Outlook®, Outlook Express®, or Mac Mail® no changes will be necessary. If you use the web client this transition will change the way you use our email service.

Important information regarding your address book and the Webdisk service!

1. If you use the web based address book within WebMail you MUST follow the instructions located at the link below to move those contacts into the new email client.

2. We are discontinuing the Webdisk service. You will need to download any files you would like to keep to your computer for future storage.

You will have 60 days following the change over to the Zimbra service to move your contacts as well as remove any files from the Webdisk service. If you have any questions please contact us at 972.617.8889 x2 and reference the mail migration.
